The students in this course are upper year undergraduate students (B.Com) with a basic knowledge of operations management and statistics. The cohort come from a wide variety of majors including Finance, HR, Accounting, etc. The students can manage a wide variety of projects, but the goal of the course is for them to apply basic knowledge to real-world problems. This is a purely case based course, wherein students form teams and solve cases taken from Harvard Business Publishing.
