In this assignment, organizational behaviour student-consultant groups will develop recommendations and an action plan to address a high-priority talent/leadership opportunity or initiative of your choosing and help drive success.
Learners
Phase 1 – Project Plan: Students will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project.
Phase 2 – Project Execution: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.
Phase 3 - Outcome - Each student group will submit a written report that details the problem, suggests alternatives, and provides a recommended solution.

Requirements
Based on your goals and the information you provide, groups of 5 student-consultants will collaborate to investigate, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop an action plan that addresses your leadership or management challenge.
Sample student projects include, but are not limited to:
- Designing/redesigning an internal system or process related to on-boarding/orientation, employee engagement, change management, talent management, or work/life balance.
- Developing/refining a balanced scorecard or performance appraisal process.
- Developing a plan to address employee turnover/employee retention.
- Developing a program to support the inclusion, engagement and retention of diverse employees (e.g., women, ethnic minorities, LGBT)
