Requirements

Based on information you share and provide, student-consultants will develop an action plan that addresses a leadership or management challenge currently faced by your organization. Over a 5 week period, the students will diagnose the problem and develop a strategy to help you address it.

Sample student projects include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing/redesigning an internal system or process related to on-boarding, motivation, employee engagement, change management, talent management, work/life balance
  • Developing a strategy for integrating cultures in a merger or acquisition
  • Developing a plan to address employee turnover / improve employee retention
