The goal of this project is to achieve and sustain operational excellence, while also reviewing business processes. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.


- Developing strategies to improve operational efficiency.


- Implementing new processes and procedures to increase efficiency.


- Evaluating the effectiveness of the new processes and procedures.


- Researching new technologies and best practices that could be used to improve operational excellence.


- Developing a plan to ensure operational excellence is maintained.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of current business processes and areas for improvement.


- Strategies to improve operational efficiency.


- Implementation of new processes and procedures.


- Evaluation of the effectiveness of the new processes and procedures.


- Research of new technologies and best practices.


- Development of a plan to ensure operational excellence is maintained.
