Project Goals

We are interested in having the project team develop an overall IT policy for our organization that meets the needs of the Province (ie FIPPA), the general standards of COBIT, aligning with other similar organizations, and supports our end user stakeholders. We are currently in the midst of implementing a new IT strategy.

The Policy must be designed to be flexible and iterative to reflect fast-changing technology, corporate IT trends and our evolving organization.

Furthermore, we would challenge the IT project team to develop and deliver a presentation to rollout, train and uphold this major operational change to change-resistant staff.
