Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Expertise in managing schedules, appointments, and detailed workflows.
- Strong dictation and transcription skills with an eye for accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Zoom).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage a complex calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings.
- Organize and oversee meeting preparation, including creating agendas, taking dictation, and recording detailed meeting notes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external scheduling inquiries.
- Track and manage follow-ups, deadlines, and key action items.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for daily commitments and upcoming engagements.
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
