Swerv aims to enhance in-person interactions by facilitating organic connections between users at the same location. The project seeks to explore and develop innovative features that encourage meaningful engagements. The primary goal is to design a system that allows users to break the ice and connect seamlessly. Ideas include a "match meetup" feature that sends invites to users to gather at a designated location, and a "hot or cold" navigation tool that guides users to each other using directional cues. Additionally, the project will explore incentives for users to interact with highlighted matches. The challenge is to create engaging, fun, and unique interactions that align with Swerv's vision of connecting people in real life.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed proposal outlining the recommended features for enhancing in-person interactions on the Swerv platform. This will include wireframes or mockups of the proposed features, a user flow diagram illustrating the interaction process, and a feasibility analysis of the implementation. The team will also provide a presentation summarizing the project findings and recommendations.

Swerv is an innovative new platform completely redesigned to help people go back to meeting in the wild, instead of in an app. The founder was a pioneer to the mobile industry, creating one of the first mobile dating sites to enter the US market back in 2004, that later directly led to the creation of Tinder in 2012.
Our vision is to repair the damage traditional dating apps have taken on the dating culture by providing a new way for people to connect organically, out in the wild.
