Positions available: one individual student

TRU Career and Experiential Learning is looking for an HR student who wants to gain experience in Training and Development. This project is an opportunity to develop a training manual for an employee group within CEL. This resource will be the basis of future training for new employees.

This project will focus on:

  • Developing a new employee training manual
  • Verifying steps required for each task
  • Document Formatting

Phase 1: Will focus on the first 50 pages of the training manual
