Work with a team of MBA students from Providence College who will approach your business challenge like a real consulting engagement. While each class cohort is different, you can expect students to bring cross-functional skills in strategy, marketing, finance, data analytics and innovation to help you define a problem, explore solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations. Each team manages their own project workflow: conducting research, engaging with stakeholders, and holding virtual check-ins throughout the semester, managing the project timeline, and delivering results. At the end of the project, you’ll receive clear deliverables, data-informed insights, and practical recommendations tailored to your goals. From evaluating growth strategies to streamlining internal operations, these students are ready to dig in and offer fresh, research-backed perspectives, all while gaining real-world consulting experience under faculty guidance. Marketing Management in Competitive Environments

Providence College’s Marketing Management in Competitive Environments MBA course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing principles, focusing on consumer decision-making and the creation of marketing plans aligned with organizational goals. Through this collaboration, learners will strengthen their analytical skills in customer, competitor, and company assessments, and develop strategic marketing recommendations in product, pricing, communication and distribution.
