Adaptive Leadership through the id/DEAL Process
This project focuses on applying the id/DEAL process to enhance adaptive leadership skills among learners. Georgia LEARNS Now, LLC has developed this process to celebrate debate, disagreement, and discussion as essential elements of leadership. The project invites learners to select an existing problem or identify a new issue within a given context. They will then apply the id/DEAL process to facilitate integrative debate and elevate adaptive leadership. The goal is to transform initial disagreements into collaborative opportunities, leading to innovative solutions and improved leadership competencies. Through this project, learners will gain hands-on experience in adaptive leadership, enhancing their ability to integrate diverse perspectives and drive effective collaboration.
