As a business process improvement coach & consultant I worked with several corporations in different continents over 25 years. After a successful 6-year work experience at General Electric Corporation, I founded my company in 2000, and have been fortunate to successfully deliver in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, technology, transactional as well as service type environments. Having published scientific & technical articles, including authoring 5 US patents I released my book on Lean Six Sigma in 2011.
I can converse reasonably in Dutch, and Spanish, the skills of which I acquired during my consulting times. To date, the total annualized direct customer benefits have accrued to several hundreds of millions of dollars across the globe in more than 20 years. I enjoy outdoor activities, and meeting people.
